Game Improvements

All cross server event matches:

• must be based on the range of there BR. Example: Player who has 1m BR will only face opponent with 1m BR - 1.5m BR. (How in this current game mechanics? There are a lot of servers from EU to Oceanic that opens at the same week.)

About affiliation of bosses:

• Demon City - affiliated reward must be shared evenly to that party.
• World Boss/Boss Lair - must be the same with Wild Lands Affiliation System or Spectral Realm Affiliation System.
