CRASHES AND CRASHES AND CRASHES

Hello,

I am Kassandra from server 20, and i want to ask you to fix all these crashes. On start up it crashes.... on loading screen it crashes... on gameplay it crashes... cant upgrade, cant fight, got zeroed because of this dumb sht, i wanted to defend my castle but got zeroed since i keep crashing, lost almost all my troops, resources because of this and am honestly fuming and angry, are you gonna fix this crash or not
