Where's all the red named hero's to recruit?

I know it say's or you all will say in event's however, only a few can be seen in Happy sea (enoch, yasi delaney, headless horseman) and a couple others. You can find the few beginner red named hero's in arena and cross arena shop. In all the other events you do not see anything but the newest celestial hero's and their upgrades. It's the same for the mounts and fairy's. So, if you cannot get those hero's anymore why have them in the recruit area!? Seems like the dev's trying to make a ton before closing down LOA permanently...sad very sad. Come back after a few years and the game had same bugs and worse yet no comp for lost/not gained stuff after spending into the game...You mod's should know this as well, don't lie to me and everyone else and say you don't play and crap because everyone knows you do. Otherwise you wouldn't know anything about game specifics per event etc...
