Launch button stuck on "Checking"

To anyone that can help. I had just recharged black diamonds and I went to launch game and the button now says "Checking" for the past day or so. I submitted a ticket with priority, but nothing and it's been more than a day.This is the 2nd time it has happened to me in less than two weeks. One day it was working again, and then it happens a few days later. Is this a common problem? Is there something I can do to fix it?
