unable to log in

I have been trying to log in for about 2 hours keep refreshing and cannot get into my game. I can access my other server so please do not tell me it is my internet connection as you have told me in the past. I have put good money into this game within the last week and now cannot play. I have also not received any of the rewards from codes and I am wondering if this server is bugged.

Please let me know if you can refund me or if I have to go to the better business bureau or my bank to get my money back as I cannot play now not even a full week into the server
