A request about the refund

Hi, Dev and Mod,

I hope you all are doing great! At the last event, I have spent almost 80 dollars. So I want to get back that money. How do I get a refund of that money? Because, In my game server, some of the players are using the recharge and refund method. Every event time, they are spending their money and after the end of the event, they are immediately getting the refund of that money.
