Second Cloth Repair Slot Locked AGAIN

On Friday 17 I purchased enough coupons EXCLUSIVELY to reach Saint medal level 45 and be able to repair two cloth items at the same time with Mu. Today, I log in and the second repair slot item is locked again. Saint Seiya KotZ, you NEVER indicated that this was a temporary buff. This is a dishonest practice.

I want:

1. my second repair slot to be permanently unlocked or


2. you refund the coupons spent to reach level 45
