GTArcade character not showing / Unable to bind character

Hello, my Saint Seiya Awakening character does not appear in the GTArcade app.

In Saint Seiya Awakening, my GTArcade account is shown as “Connected”. However, in the GTArcade app, under “Game Character”, it says “No character linked”, and the character selection list is empty. Because of this, I cannot redeem the Daily Gift Pack.

Could you please help link/synchronize my existing character with my GTArcade account? I do not want to unlink or lose my current character. Thank you.
