Where is my server? After some years EU pioneer is now empty

Hi,

after some years I restarted with this wonderful game on iOS.

moving the account from my old android, I’m now connected to my old EU Pioneer server that is empty.

i saw that happened a server merge, but what I can do now? Just open a ticket?

I can find an option like move my account to a new server :(

its a level 69 and I don’t want to restart from scratch.
