Muted & no response from support

I recently started playing Infinity Kingdom & after 1 day of playing this game I was muted for no reason. I was sent a screen shot from a friend & it was a system message stating I was a scammer & not to be trusted. I had sent 4 messages to support & got no response. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I am at the point deletion is the final option.
