Lost of token due to lag

Hello silver,

as always addressed this lag issue has not been fixed and i even remember you telling to take 2 seconds before getting the stuff, but after the recent update it has become worse, i can see the jump after 5 sec which is after i have clicked on the essence and this screen jumps to limited shop and i got ice princess starstone instead of essence, this has become a serious bug which is to be fixed and i want my tokens back, i request you to raise this issue and even help me get my adv tokens back, i have attached the image of item i have purchased and my info of player name and server
