Mileston gift reward

Hello there . So its my 2nd time buying something from GT i usually use in game purchase . The problem is for the first 5 dollar purchase i recieve 520 gems and immortal fragment but when i purchase same pack again 2nd time i didnot recieve any mileston reward i only got what i purchase but its a loss project if i dont recieve any gems .. also in the pack its says mileston reward but they didnot send anything to me
