Server - rare (1499)

hey a friend and myself tried loading into our older characters on server rare (1499) but it wouldnt load in, i was able to load into another old character from a different server that merged with the rare server and that was successful, so it just seems that its a server issue/bug as opposed to a game or internet issue. can u please help report/ fix 😊
