GtArcade purchase issue

When trying to purchase multiple items, adding up to over $100, the payment fails every time. This has been going on since early January. It impacts my milestone rewards and makes it impossible to purchase larger gift packs amounts etc. Only workaround is to buy smaller amounts, which unfairly robs me of milestone rewards and is time consuming. Please fix this! I created a ticket #8953625 but so far no help. I am a paying customer that is looking to spend more on your platform but cannot. I checked with my credit card company and it is not an issue from their end. You state payment may be temporarily blocked by automatic risk control systems due to the payment processor. How can you support this payment processor if you cannot honor your larger purchasers and milestone rewards?
