💠Introduction

What’s up, folks? Welcome to my article, where I will be taking a closer look at the latest event in Infinity Kingdom, the Fifth Anniversary event. This event is the annual monthly event that generally makes its way around mid-February. It’s generally a good chance for players to get valuable rewards for free. Some items may not be worth it for certain tiers of players to spend resources chasing at a certain point, so let’s take a look at where the value lies.

💠Overview

The event started on Monday, February 9, and will last until the end of Wednesday, February 18. Players have 10 days to complete all the tasks and collect the rewards they want. The event is divided into numerous parts: sign-in rewards, a battle pass, challenges and trials, a reward draw, a fruit merging game, a progression quest, and two different shops. Some parts of the event are easier to do than others, but not all rewards and quests are worth doing or spending money on, especially for certain types of players.

💠Koi Gift Pack and Sign-in Rewards

This is the easiest part of the event. All players have to do is sign in every day, navigate to the event section, and claim rewards. Players can claim a Token of Light each day. These tokens do not expire and can be used for future events. Even if you do not have time to do every part of the event every day, this is a good opportunity to collect Token of Light for a little time invested, and allow you to try your hand at Dazzling Wish or save them for future events. In addition to the free sign-in rewards, there is a lottery ticket system for players who purchase the Lucky Koi Gift Packs. The bundle costs $4.99 and gives five Tokens of Light, 520 Gems, and 500 VIP Points. Every two days, one lucky winner from all purchasers will be chosen to receive 4,250 Eternal Grails to use in the Grail Shop. The best part is, if you purchase the Koi Gift Pack five times and don’t win the grand prize, you will still receive 850 Eternal Grail as a consolation prize, which can be used to purchase Chaos Immortal Chests, shards, or a number of other items.

💠Hall of Divine Might Battle Pass

This event’s Battle Pass features the Hall of Divine Might skin, which increases Troops Attack by up to 15% and Troops Load up to 10%, starting at 5% for both stats. It’s a solid skin, in my opinion, but there are better PvP skins available. Troops Attack only benefits Physical Damage teams. There are two tiers of rewards and 30 levels to complete. The free tier offers a total of 30 Tokens of Light. The premium tier costs $49.99 and gives an additional 120 tokens, 4,800 Gems, and 60 Hall of Divine Might Fragments. You need 60 fragments to craft one skin. Every development level requires a skin, so you would need 11 skins total.

To increase the level of the pass, there are 7 missions a day that players can complete for 100 EXP each. Each level requires more and more EXP. Throughout ten days, there will be a total of about 70 tasks. You are allowed to skip a few tasks a day and still be able to complete the entire Battle Pass. The tasks range from simple ones like buying from the market to tasks that require more planning, like training a certain number of troops. You will need to train full troops more than once a day to reach 40,000 troops trained. Arena challenges, Well of Time, purchasing from the Market, Pinnacle Trial, Glorious Challenges, and defeating gnome bosses are the easiest quests to do. The quests are the same every month.

💠Fruit Frenzy

Fruit Frenzy is a 2048-style merging minigame where all fruits slide in one direction per move, consuming one Fish Token per slide, with new Level-1 fruits spawning after each move and merges only occurring between adjacent fruits of the same level during a slide. Players earn exponentially increasing synthesis points from Apple (2 points) up to Kiwi (4096 points), with the game ending once a Kiwi is created and rankings based on total points. Across the event, players can earn up to 1900 Delicious Cream, 3300 Fish Tokens, and 300 Eternal Grails, while Fish Tokens regenerate at one every three minutes, allowing roughly 4800 tokens to be generated for free. Because the average number of moves required to merge a Kiwi exceeds 44,000, most players will not complete the Grail-related quests without purchasing Fish Tokens. Token packs of 500, 1000, and 1500 cost $0.99, $1.99, and $2.99 and can be bought 1, 2, and 3 times per day, respectively, meaning it takes roughly $88 on average to obtain all 300 Eternal Grails, making the overall value relatively poor. You can also earn grails by placing on the top 100 rankings.

💠Celebration Cake

During the event, players can invite another Lord to collaborate on crafting Anniversary cakes, with each cake allowing one collaborator and a maximum of two cakes crafted per player. Each cake has 30 levels, and completing levels grants rewards while both participants share the same crafting progress. Crafting requires the Delicious Cream item, which can be obtained from other Anniversary events or the Recharge Shop, and collaborators cannot be changed once crafting begins. Upon completing cakes, both players receive rewards, including a special permanent memento, and can earn up to 80 Tokens of Light.

💠Glorious Challenge

Glorious Challenges are similar to Well of Time campaigns. Players select a team to tackle each challenge, and beating each challenge will net you 50 Gems for first-time clear rewards and 5th Anniversary Coin that you can trade in for rewards in the Challenge Shop. Completing each level unlocks a raid feature. Subsequent raids will earn you 5th Anniversary Coins. There are two modes. The Normal Mode is available at the start of the event and goes up to level 16. The levels are extremely easy, and most players should not have much difficulty clearing them. The Hard Mode unlocks after three days and will be similar to the Elite Campaigns. You get five free attempts a day, and it refreshes every day at 0 UTC. You can also purchase up to 100 additional attempts in the shop for 8,000 Gems. Players with the fastest clear times will appear on the level’s ranking ladder. For the first three days, you should purchase enough additional attempts to net you at least enough coins to purchase everything you want in the Challenge Shop since each item has a daily purchase limit of one.

💠Pinnacle Trial

Pinnacle Trials are extremely similar to the Glorious Challenges except that players only get 1 attempt a day and cannot purchase additional tickets. The rewards are significantly better, too. There are five levels, and it offers gifts of 25 Random Immortal Fragments, 30 Sun Chariot Fragments, and 10 Tokens of Light. After completing the levels, you can raid them to get additional rewards. The later levels are significantly more difficult since the enemies have legendary skills.

Players can also challenge the top ten players on the Trial Rankings. Players get five attempts per day, and it plays like an arena battle between your selected march and the opponent’s strongest march. Every win grants points, but losses do not cost you points. After the event ends, the top ten players on the rankings will be given Sun Chariot Fragments. First place will get 24 fragments, second place will get 18, third place will get 12, and fourth through tenth will get 6 fragments each.

💠Dazzling Wish

Dazzling Wish underwent another update. It only features Eternal Grails now. Players could receive 1, 5, 25, 50, or 300 Eternal Grails. Using 250 tokens will automatically guarantee 300 Eternal Grails. Every token used will also grant you one point. The top 200 players with the most points at the end of each day will receive varying amounts of Eternal Grails. First place will also get 750 Azure Crystals. Furthermore, the top 200 players at the end of the event with the most points will also receive Random Immortal Fragments and Stardust. The top player will receive 60 Hall of Divine Might Fragments.

Players can purchase additional Token of Light from bundles. You can get 3, 5, 8, 12, 30, and 60 tokens for $2.99, $4.99, $9.99, $19.99, $49.99, and $99.99, respectively. You can purchase up to 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 20 of each a day, respectively. There is also another one-time $49.99 bundle that features 25 tokens, and the exclusive dynamic Radiant Pilgrimage avatar frame. The most expensive bundles per token are the $19.99, $49.99, and $49.99 ones, so I would skip those in favor of the others. The $2.99 and $4.99 bundles have the most value per dollar. Players can also get 50 free Tokens of Light from the Celebration Shop, five per day.

💠Grail Shop

The Grail Shop was slightly changed as well. Every Chaos Immortal except Loki, Poseidon, Athena, and Wukong cost 750 grails. Their respective exclusive artifacts cost 1,000 grails. Medusa’s artifact cost slightly more at 1,100 grails. Loki, Poseidon, Athena, and Wukong are in the Fate of Chaos Selection Chest I, which costs only 250 grails but has a daily purchase limit of one. This is an extremely good chance for players to get those shards for cheap. Fu Fei Fragments are only 450 grails. Great Tengu Fragments cost 845 and his artifact cost 1,100 grails. The shop also features an Ability Stone chest that costs 1,050 grails and contains Siren’s Gaze, Smite, Storm Strike, and Implosion. Personally, I would skip that chest. Players can also purchase lesser rewards like Equipment Forging Stone Random Chests, Stellar Core Crystals, Holy and Shadow Selection Chests, their artifact chests, and Random Territory Decoration Fragment Chests. The grails carry over to the next event as well.

💠Challenge Shop

Players can trade in their 5th Anniversary Coins for prizes. Everyone should aim to get all the important items. Since players can purchase one set of five Tokens of Light a day, you can get up to 50 Tokens of Light throughout the entire event. Players should also aim to get the Flow of Ages avatar frame and the Echoes of Memory chatbox as those are limited-time exclusives. Players should try to get the 100 Stardust for 1,000 coins per day. The tokens and Stardust would cost a total of 3,000 coins a day. Given that you get five free challenge attempts per day and you can earn 170 coins per attempt for the first three days, it would take 12 additional attempts. After the hard mode becomes available, the required attempts will decrease.You can purchase 100 Glorious Challenge tickets for 8,000 Gems. If you raid the last level of the Hard Mode, you can get 28,000 coins with 100 challenges.

💠Summary

The event is significantly cheaper for players to build Chaos Immortals slowly as Dazzling Wish only gives Eternail Grails now. The Fruit Frenzy and Celebration Cake are also welcomed additions for more rewards.
