Why have lots of players been stiffed by the incompetence of the developers, they screw up and many players will not get compensation for THEIR MISTAKE?

Why would players take screenshots when every time this has happened in the past the developers solution has been server wide compensation. Players providing SS of a scheduled 11-12th DW and SS of gold after 9pm server time on the 14th should receive compensation on this basis and the developers owning their mistake. But no, the weasels opt for criteria that they know will vastly reduce the workload.
