Cross Server Clash of Might

Hi, in Clash of might Cross server i cant climb any higher, cos the 6 opponent i can attack is buggy. when i click them animation wont pop up, just the square box with no heroes in it. then after about 20 sec this message pops up and they disappear. and when i go out and in they are back up and ive gotten my attempts back. i just dinged 70 today
