Angel Alliance sections not working

Can't seem to chat or instant message anyone.

Also cant seem to play any PvP like Team Dungeon Team Arena Horse Treasure or Elemental Zone. (Anything Cross Server)

I play LoA packaged as Angel Alliance on ud2 (Old Server 1) as Peter
