Hero screen scrolling

Is there a way the devs could put a scroll beside the hero screen. I was trying to change out heroes, and the down arrow button kept disappearing. Then you have to check "hide all heroes not in party", uncheck it, to try to scroll thru the list of heroes again. Takes you back to the top.Even level 100 heroes appear near bottom of list. Thank you.
