Can’t Work Out How To Recharge

Hi. Can someone please help me. I’m clueless as to how recharge works. I bought 50 GCoins but don’t know where to use them now. When I try to recharge I get a blank page with a ‘pay’ button at the bottom. I messaged support weeks ago, and NADA. I’ll be quitting game shortly if I can’t resolve this.
