SERIOUS issues since the day flipped after the update on November 5th

Is anybody else experiencing serious bugs since the day flipped after the update ? The game loaded once for me . I couldn't claim anything .. Not my diamonds from the training grounds , not my daily quest rewards , nothing . Tried to attack rebel leaders , groups and camps - could not attack them . Got some spinning circles every time I hit " attack " , and my unit would not deploy . So I tried refreshing , now the game won't load . Stays stuck at 50%
