Cannot Get into the Game

Hello,

After being away for a while, I went to check my old account (S749-Gnoll-est) to see what's changed in the game. No matter what I do, I get stuck in the black loading screen, where the loading icon keeps circulating. After a while, the loading icon disappears and the screen remains black. Note that I used both turbo and compatible modes.

I tested another server S207-Dwarven-pst, and it works fine. Please investigate and let me know what needs to be done.
