GTArcade Using Intentionally Misleading Purchase Terms and Refusing to Make Any Sort of Attempt at Helping!

Hey, All!

Before you read further please remember I am a person dealing with an incredibly frustrating situation who can use your help. Please do not read apathetically. Lets help get this fixed so it doesn't happen to other players!

I started playing my first IK server two months ago on server 417. I've had a great time and made some cool friends who I enjoy playing with. As I spent more and more time in the game I decided to start spending up the acquisition of my shadow team by purchasing 5 of the $99.99 raffle ticket packs at once to meet the final purchase milestone and acquire the large pile of gems and shadow/holy shards. After not receiving this I started contacting support looking for help. Please read the attached images and then please, please, please support me in this fight against them. I am going to start posting this on their socials and forums where I can find them. Thank you very much for your time and compassion and hopefully your support.
