FATE ASTRALABE RIP OFF

Like an idiot, I spent a lot of money on the Fate Astralabe event. I needed 70 more Ancient Dust boxes to get to 460 for my final upgrade on lord gear I wanted. The event had 6 boxes with ten each, so I knew that would get me to 450. Since I knew I would need ten 10 more, I bought a few extra attack commands because SURELY, I could get ten off of hitting 3 level 6 rebel leaders.

When I finished the Fate event, I did NOT get 6 boxes even though I cleared them all. I got THREE. So now I am at 430 Ancient Dust. So I used my up attack commands, and bought extra x2 Green ones just in case.

Six level 6 rebel leaders, and ONLY SIX ancient dust drops for a total of 436. I still need 24 more.

Because of all the game lag, especially during KVK, this is the first time in almost a year that I have spent any significant amount of money on this game. Now I remember why I quit doing it. And when I tried to submit a ticket, every section I clicked on led me to "Account Deletion", even when I selected "Lost Items".
