I made it

My original account isn't on a GTA server, but this is the only LoA forum worth the effort of participation. That's why I'm always here, so I hope you won't begrudge me this moment of sharing.

It actually happened yesterday, but after eleven years of playing, my battle rating finally reached one trillion.

What makes this meaningful to me is that in the entire time I've played, I have never recharged. I don't consider "not recharging" to be some great virtue, or "recharging" to be some great vice. Someone has to pay for the game if I'm not going to. But after playing a few years without ever paying for it, I just sort of made up my mind that I was never going to do it.

In case that's all unfathomable, here's my still-active (and still sort of creepy) exhortation from the game to make my first recharge. You can see the active icon at the top in my set of folders and buttons.

And here's "poor" Lunaria, still not accessible.

What's amusing to me is that it doesn't feel like it took the "whole" eleven years to reach one trillion, even though it obviously did. On or around May 21 I broke 500 billion, so I guess I spent all that time getting the first half-trillion, and then the last five months getting the other half. 😂

In that regard, hopefully the next trillion won't take another eleven years...
