Why and the hell do the developers keep making stupid changes?

1; Now takes more hits to defeat rebel leaders.

2; Removing players from the five level 5 gold nodes inside Kings Landing results in those nodes no longer resetting.

Stupid changes like these only piss players off. Why do they not understand this?
