Game keeps freezing during events after latest patch

Hi everyone,

Since the most recent update, my game has started freezing randomly, especially during big in-game events or boss fights. Sometimes it hangs for 10–15 seconds and then catches up, other times I need to restart completely.

What I’ve already tried:

• Cleared cache and reinstalled the client.
• Updated GPU drivers and system software.
• Lowered graphics settings to minimum.

But the issue still persists. I noticed it happens more when multiple tabs are open on my PC—for example, I had the Dunkin Donuts Drinks Menu open in my browser during a raid, and the game just completely froze. So I’m wondering if this might be memory-related or something tied to background processes.

Has anyone else experienced similar freezes after the latest patch? Any fixes or workarounds you’ve found?
