Obtain new heroes through Ultimate Hero ev

The UH event only allows me using diamond summon twice on 5 times summon. How can I get the new hero soon? I saved up lots of diamond, but I completely dont know where to use. It needs tickets to keep on summoning, but those can only be obtained through recharge.
