You can not sell this item

Just wondering if any one else has this problem.

In inventory it will not let me sell Level 70 Material, Lvl 80 Material, Lvl 90 Tourmaline, or any of the armor shards.

Its been a few weeks since I tried to sell any but have been selling them off and on till now.
