Fairy Essence III purchase issue

Hi I purchased Fairy Essence III and they never posted to my account. I should have 130 after buying out of capsule toys and craft master. When I went back to the fairy I was working on to break them through my account is still showing the original 10 that I started with. However from my snips you can see that I did make the purchases but they never showed up in my account. Please fix this so I can continue building. Thank you, Shee
