Gods Trial Lvl 25-1 Not Open but 24-5 is Cleared

Cannot access the newly available Levels 25 through 30 even though lvl 24-5 is cleared. Even attempting a BLITZ on Lvl24-5 with 1 attempt yield this message "Can only blitz levels you've cleared before". Could you have a developer rectify this on the new server UA317 please. t.
