Echocalypse Will Not Finish Dowloading

I've tried a couple of times to get Echocalypse to download to my computer. So far, it has never finished the download. "Infinity Kingdom" works great. League of Angels III works, but seems to have a high learning curve. Any help towards getting Echocalypse to get to my computer safely would be appreciated.
