What's happen with screen speed ?

What's happen with the game? I with account level 70 it request me to play again 1st story line for unlock speed button? Are you kidding me? How many bug we need to take this week? 1 match of galactic war take more than 10 minutes because the game are so slow... I try many way to survive included re-download the game and restart but it still the same... Could anyone answer me about the bug? 🐛
