Random Crash All the Time

So whenever i play the game through PC client, it will guarantee a crash after a couple of minutes of actively playing except when afk, before the crash happened, some bugs will starts to appear, such as not fully rendering map at Shadows of the Sentinels, or randomly stuck when doing a normal battle

i tried reinstalling fresh Windows 10 or Windows 11 with full updates and the random crash is still there, changing graphics is also not working

I'm using Ryzen 5 5600GT with 16GB of RAM
