Where is the blueprint ?

so guys since i unlocked homestead blue prints now i can see you give different decor in beach treasure event for specific blueprint but u don't give it in shop with the rest of decor ? shall we buy the decor and wait for miracle or what ? please PUT THE DECOR BLUEPRINT THERE or at least give it for diamonds in explore ..... Use ur brain cells pls :D
