Made ticket / no response

Hi,

I've made a ticket #8911442 in support in-game wich needs urgent answer, i would get answer within 2 business days i have not yet received this, ticket is submitted at 6/18, also sended a mail to KR-KOT@yoozoo.com regarding subject also no reaction.

Could a mod help me please, I fear the ticket must have get lost.
