cant play redownloaded whole gstaracde

idk why but early today i just couldnt load into the game then the whole browser the game runs in dosent pop up no more and i uninstalled and reinstalled several times even uninstalled starcade and redownloaded still wont work couldnt buy stuff before now i just cant play the game at all but could download the angels 3 game and have it run so why this isnt workin is confuseing me
