Dragon Soul Feature

Been a year now and i am still waiting for my Dragon Souls event to let me use my dragon souls game freezes when i click the button to use them i then refresh try again and it freezes again has over 300 pages of dragon souls to use and still cant use then never mind trying to put on new toon Please fix this is what i want for christmas this year.
