Payment Issue

Any Idea on how I can reach someone from the GTarcade support? The ticket is not helpful really! I have wasted my time and money. I have bought couple of in game stuffs (90 worth of diamond 2 times and a Monthly subscription) but I have never received any of those. I am starting to like this game. But is this how you treat your new players? Come on!
