Jumpers

Why are the jumpers allowed in the game , and why do they just benefit from a clear advantage , doesnt it makes the players who invest money and time in the server they are playing in subject to erradication which would make them jump as well , which will turn into an infinite loop of bullying ?

So people say if you lose Frost you better jump , I dont want to be the bad guy who goes on an other server with so much adv
