No Support for normal players

Hello together,

i cant recommend this game, im waiting for 6 month now for my ticket.

Normaly its just a simple thing, i dont get reward from event, just check the empty message, ok no reward and resend to me and ticket would be solved. I send anything, screenshots and so on but no solution just empty phrases, like also here from hobbes1.

You will have zero support in this game until you want to spend min. 4000$, because than you will get a special VIP support with whatsapp contact and so on. But for normal players, there will be nothing, so think about to start with this game, if you dont want to spend that much, play another game not this one. Its becomes an horrible game, its only about cash, the devs shit on normal players, they dont care.

So Happy 6! month anniversary to my ticket :D
