didn't receive recharge for 1000 diamonds and bonus gear order number 25319c2780cc6b0f35d59c643d1ed0eg. turned in ticket #8897086. received reply to go thru forum. Nightwatch(s45). also didn't receive celebration pass recharge so missed out on all the rewards. order 25319587f763061bef85298364ddebg ticket #8897084. hopefully can get compensation.

Before I can report this for a check, please provide the screenshot of your game screen with your in-game name (top left corner) and server name/number on chat box visible. Also, based on your recharge history, you didn't recharge for celebration pass. All the items listed are Diamond. If you have recharged for celebration pass, the item's name will be celebration pass. Special deals like this, you have to directly go to it's own recharge button.
I don't know why it does not show that one as celebration pass as I had clicked on the link in celebration directly

Thank you for the screenshot, and I finally noticed Facebook is your platform. If you want to recharge for deals like Direct Shop, Special Offers, etc, you have to change your game mode to Turbo. This has been a long time issue for all Facebook players, and yes, the issue itself has been reported many times over the years with no permanent solution. If you don't change your mode, you won't be able to find your Facebook character, which reminds me, please double check your game info whenever you do a recharge. This is likely why you didn't receive the diamonds, as it was sent to the wrong character.
So, the deals is off since we now know it wasn't properly connected when you did the recharge. What I can do for you now is, have your Diamonds sent to your Facebook character once everything checked out. It won't be immediate as it's already weekends, so your patience is much appreciated. I will update this post once I hear back from the devs. Thank you.

The first recharge you did - 1k Diamonds, when was it? The screenshot didn't show the date properly. We previously discussed that your Diamonds has likely gone to a different character, so they couldn't find the recharge record by Order number alone. As for your 4k Diamonds recharge, they told me you already asked for a refund for that payment on March.18, so that issue is no longer our concern, only your 1k Diamonds now.

I checked with my card and apparently they auto cancelled the charge for the 4k as they didn't like the activity and reissued my card. but they didn't with the prior charges
They updated me that they have compensated you for the 1k Diamonds. From what I have been told, they did a direct recharge for you, so you can check your recharge history to confirm this.
