I would say season 3 should be a option for people in conquest who are not that strong and players from the first 2 seasons. Pre conquest with a strongest troop cap at 500k and power lvl cap at 4 million 🤔 and merge the people close to those power lvl together. It would also slow down this mad rush to the strongest troop. Help people focus on the ship and talent for the ship would be nice when castle 80 gets released. At some point the power lvl should not matter it should be lord lvl and castle lvl cap for each season. Season one cap 20/20 season 2 cap 40/40 season 3 cap 60/60 season 4 cap 80/80 and season 5 cap 100/100.

20 servers per season to keep them active.

I am in a conquest server this would also stop the 10 alt accounts to build towers in conquest.

I do think their should be only 5 season total because at some point their will be a castle 100 and people will need to prestige and go back to season one to keep the game alive.
