Dear players,

As our various community pages are getting busier, we are looking to expand our moderator team. That means we are looking for dedicated players, who have a pulse on the community and a passion for the game. Come and join our mod team today!

Duration: Permanent

Before you apply for the position of a Moderator, please ensure that you have access to Gmail, Skype, Facebook and Discord, as they will be necessary in regular mod work. Also the work is needed to be done on a computer since LoA1 is not a mobile game.

Also we wish to point out that our moderators work very hard to improve your experience and solve all player issues so please treat them with respect.

What should a Moderator do?

1. Guide players, answer questions, report problems, and spread a positive atmosphere on the Forum / Facebook / Discord.

2. Extra requests from administrators (might involve additional in-game bonuses).

3. Share suggestions about the game.

4. Actively test when needed for various issues

What are the requirements for becoming a Moderator?

1. Character level must be at least Lvl.80.

2. Good communication skills, patience, and friendliness.

3. Strong personality with good working attitude and able to work under high pressure.

4. Fluent English level (writing).

5. An active presence in the forum/ facebook/ discord community page is considered a plus.

6. Work well with Word, Excel, Google Sheets and Docs

How long should a Moderator work every week?

The work time is within reason flexible but with set schedules like any normal job, Please state your availability in EST time on your application. Admins will arrange your schedule accordingly.

The in-game ‘salaries’ are paid every Monday (excluding holidays).

What can an FM get?

1. In-game payments

Regular work: 1,000 diamonds per hour, 2 hours per shift.

Writing strategy guides: around 500 diamonds per script

In-game benefits: a unique Moderator flair

Notice: We will evaluate your performance, which means your payment may fluctuate. Please be aware of this.

How many Moderators do we need?

The more, the better!

For those who have applied before but didn't succeed, we still welcome you to try again this time. We are always in need of experienced and passionate players. Additionally, Moderator recruiting will be held more times in the future. So those who are not able to qualify this time, please don’t be frustrated, as you still have opportunity next time.
