As everyone knows, on the last maintenance most servers lost a 30% troop type attack, and 15% total attack, total health, total defense. The restrictions on obtaining buffs were supposed to be implemented under a new castle siege for NEW SERVERS whereas Wildlings must be defeated before the groups can obtain the castle buffs. However, the new feature affected several other older servers, including mine.
Staff were aware of the problem. Addressed the problem. Said there would be a fix. But in the meantime, taking the castles back on the next castle siege should fix the problem
Been there, done that. Problem not fixed. So many of us are going into today's Siege of Winterfell with 30% less troop type attack, and 15% less total attack, health, and defense against a group who may not be affected.

PS. Not only did taking the castles back not work, the groups from other servers who won the castles during the last KVK still have those same castles for the next 5 days, so we can't get access to King's Landing title buffs, either

Thank you for letting us know. As noted in your previous post, the issue has been forwarded to the Old Gods. Players did report that the issue is resolved by retaking the castles. What kingdom are you located in and which of the GC(s) are not reflecting yet in reports?
There was a catch to taking the castles back. You had to occupy the castle for at least 5 minutes (as in KVK to get initial points), However, that information came a little too late for many servers and my group, Arm, went into Siege of Winterfell without any of our buffs or Lord Commander.
