UC final BaN vs WxC: The Battle of all battles vol.2

The final part of the 20th season of the most popular and revered tournament in Westeros Alliance Conquest approached its final destination. We are about to witness the battle of the titans – BaN and WxC, two most powerful alliances of Seven Kingdoms met again for the final battle to decide who will be the champion this time. There was not much intrigue the whole previous season about who is going to meet in the final clash as formidable warlords and tremendous power of WxC and BaN armies are outmatching any other opponent. Now most Westeros inhabitants are excited and impatiently waiting to see who will take the 20th champion's crown. Let the battle begin!

The BaN alliance started the AC season with one victory after another, taking down anyone who was trying to resist them but anyway ended up in 2nd place due to WxC higher registration position and both alliances never met each other during AC so both had only victories after 5 battles. Previous season BaN was close to win their first UC champions title but after all WxC took over and emerged victorious. Since that moment a lot of water passed under the bridge and BaN managed to recruit some additional strong rally leaders. Will they help them to win the crown?

The WxC alliance finished the AC season in first place achieving 6 victories and before UC season started invited formidable warlords to join them for the final part while their counterpart BaN mostly relied on their own forces. During the 19th season WxC had some problems but managed to snatch the victory in the final battle.  Now they have to face an even stronger BaN and the question is if their reinforcements are still strong enough to become a champion twice in a row or they are going to get defeated and have to seek some new warlords to return what can be lost?!

The time had come and both alliances lined up in front of each other on the glorious battlefield spreading around the family nest of Lannister`s Family and the most important stronghold on the AC/UC battlefield - Casterly Rock. That day both sides brought every warrior they were allowed to have on their side – there were 70 for BaN so 70 were on WxC side and after last seconds passed by the battle had begun.

First moment brought WxC their first success and first threat. Even though they managed to take over 3 of 4 first buildings: two Outposts and Temple of the Mother, BaN got control over a key fortress - Temple of the Warrior. During the previous battle when BaN got defeated WxC managed to capture Warrior first and hold it until the very end, securing bonus for troop total attack that made their rally leaders stronger than their counterparts. Now it is BaN turn to show if they can do the same or they fail to hold it and WxC suffocates their attempts to fight back like they did 2 rounds ago. One thing was crystal clear that battle was going to be like there is no tomorrow. Both sides were ready to throw into flames of war every soldier, horse and dragon they had, use every maesters healing potion they saved just to get the crown of the champion…but maybe it is even more personal and they would fight like that over a bottle of Dornish wine 😂 as harsh and uncompromised rivalry between BaN and WxC known to almost everyone in Seven Kingdoms, at least if you have smallest interest what is going on outside of your own kingdom 😀

The WxC alliance, understanding grave danger of BaN having Temple of Warrior, undertook an immediate attempt to capture it and even it was successful not the strongest warlord RanaKaname led the defense now while BaN, in haste to get crucial bonus, took over Lannister Outpost. Sides changed roles and now WxC tried to hold Temple of Warrior but the enemy put everything on capturing it back and succeeded which even more it was retaken by one of the most dreadful warriors in Seven Kingdom – Meridianos, leaving WxC not many chances for the 2nd round.

Since that moment BaN realizing their advantage and safety of Temple of Warrior defenses started to press on  WxC twice harder and launched series of powerful attacks to take from hateful rivals everything they have.  

Fierce clashes continued until the 2nd stage of UC battle - Ports. Those buildings provide significant points income and in old times it was enough for the alliance to take both Ports to win the game. That was long ago when we were young and…before the mines 😂. Those mines! How many dreams they ruined already!

Now BaN won both races and it could be an end for WxC but a horse of one of the lords who was marching to take leadership of the defenses in Targaryen Port tripped over a stone and unfortunate horseman missed his moment while crouching tiger Ganicus was waiting in the bushes nearby and when previous BaN warlord Problemki disbanded defenses immediately attacked and seized so important building returning his alliance back in game, what a hero of the day for WxC alliance!

However BaN was still possessing the bonus from Temple of the Warrior and even they got the misfortune it was too early to mourn instead of that they took all their anger and fury and brought it down on Targaryen Outpost where MeNaT was already forced to push back some of BaN attacks now full force of BaN arrived at his porch and even WxC tried to help with reinforcements it was still not enough…BaNs rage allowed to take over the Outpost in one attack. 

Whilst opponents exchanged with attacks of rallied armies, BaN was seizing initiative more and more, while WxC had to switch to defense mostly. They couldnt break the impregnable defense of Meridianos guarding Temple of Warrior with his undefeatable armies and without that they had to fight in disadvantage.

YTU IN was on their side and with the speed only available to gods his troops took over Casterly Rock long before other warlords even managed to start marching toward the main fortress. What an amazing magical ability, no less than Lord of Light is on his side! 🙂

Despite serious issues with enemy winning racing, BaN put on all their might on attacks and WxC defensive positions started to fall one after another – the will against the magic! First WxC lost Targaryen Port but managed to take it back but then BaN started to attack on all sides. It seemed they were too many there, they were everywhere! BaN`s troops marched into all directions attacking Casterly, Mother and Targaryen Port at the same time. Such a great pressure but WxC also put in all their effort and despite being close to losing everything managed to hold back attacks for a while when suddenly Casterly Rock fell to BaNs feet in an unexpected massive attack. How could it happen as they were keeping there numerous reinforcements?! Thats the question to answer! Confusion, fear and panic gripped over WxC camp, what should they do if they dont understand what is going on and while they were guessing, Targaryen Port being in hands of one of the strongest warlords in Westeros Imperial Rock also fell to BaNs feets. 

It was a real disaster for WxC. They were close to literally losing everything as only Astryx defending Temple of Mother was their last hope - if they would lose it bonus from Temple of Warrior would grow to its max value making BaNs warlords one level above their counterparts. It was the most crucial moment of the battle…but something went wrong for BaN. Even when they captured Casterly Rock it was done but not the strongest cavalry warrior and instead to sacrifice it or try to change defender even without protective dome and focus on defending Targaryen Port greed took over their leadership minds and they went after defending everything. That was a fatal mistake! What had to be the end for WxC turned out to be BaNs end...

What previously went smoothly for BaN turned out to be house of glass – WxC not just took over Casterly Rock it was done by one of the strongest – CCCPC, now it would be around impossible to take him out of there but the worst was only coming when in a few minutes later insufficient reinforcement for Drakonjan turned out into loss of Targaryen Port and returning of Ganicus who was barely kicked out after long game of cat and mouse where BaN changed direction of their attacks multiple times but even that wasnt the end, a biggest disaster was just coming. At that point BaN was still leading by points even though income changed into a favor of WxC significantly.

Real horror started when additionally to lightning fast YTU IN powered by Lord of Light or some other supernatural force Imperial Rock also showed real miracle and took over Lannister mine. That was a real catastrophe – two of the strongest warlords in Westeros seized both mines. Old Gods, what is going on? Was that your will to help WxC?

BaN that made such a long path to their highest point of power facing another misfortune and losing everything at mines. For those who doesn't know before BaN there were N3O and BDR alliances that merged into one and mines became real curse for BDR losing two UC finals just because of them 😱 Very dark clouds gathered over BaN war camp as defeat was almost imminent and only appearing of Azor Ahai on the battlefield could save them that day. It was time to surrender…for everyone except BaN. Part of their rally leader was recalled from defending and almost all BaN warlords started to assemble armies that soon went into attack of last hope on Targaryen mine. It seemed that previously massive reinforcements provided by WxC disappeared and even troops arrived non-stop defensive garrison was melting down, BaN was so close to get their last chance, last hope when suddenly protective bubble was activated just at time, another minute but you have to start attack from the start, the time was lost and even BaN managed to take over Targaryen mine with second attack it couldnt change anything. They had to face another defeat at UC final making the score 2:0 in WxC favor. 

It was an epic final battle with both sides having their chances. Amount of troops and healing potions exceeded all previous UC final battles, never before so many mighty lords met on the same battlefield and that day WxC emerged victorious but something is telling me that this is not the end and bitter defeats will see their end one day.
