unable to destroy useless items !

I sent in ticket well over 2 wks ago. Finally got response saying to post pictures. Can't post pictures of the text that shows up on screen when try to destroy items, since it flashes on screen for only a couple seconds then disappears. I am not alone with this issue, many have complained of exactly same thing. " Inability to destroy items no longer needed or obsolete. eg. Outfit vouchers, Christmas vouchers, both from at least 2 yrs ago. Stacks and stacks of perfusion stones, equipment stones, titles , wings, mounts, you name it , nearly everything can not be destroyed. All i am asking is for whatever locks you have on all this is removed , so we the players can destroy things no longer useful at all. My warehouse has only 6 slots left open and my inventory bags run close to 450 slots taken. I spend money to play the game and you are making it almost impossible for me to continue. Not to mention being max'd out on numerous events and upgrades etc. with the in game notice telling us to stay tuned. This has not changed since launch. Can't upgrade skills because says need to be level 13 for things like spirit, under skills , yet you can't go past level 12. Many others are same.
