Unable to Access Servers – Persistent Error Across Devices

I am experiencing problems accessing all servers. Whenever I try to log in, a message appears saying: "Unfortunately, the Great Temple is occupied. Please try again later."

We have conducted all the necessary tests, including repairing the client, uninstalling the game, and reinstalling it. However, the issue persists, and we continue to receive the same error message both on PC and on an Android mobile device.
