Hello everyone , this post is more based on how Mehmed seems weak and it actually is, but lets imagine a scenario of rework.
Lets start by main point: Spearman , strong against cavalry, we got no chaos cavalry immortal, making it hard to be stronger against main dealers, always being behind Anubis and Athena, as tank or even DPS, unable to prove his power, we can't still think his skill isn't a littlebit good.
1 - With high DMG rate it could deal a good dmg, but its single target, turning harder activate his skill under dodge requirement, so its even worse than we think .
2 - Spearmen + Dodge Requirement to deal higher dmg, BUT IT CLEARS ALL DEBUFFS, from urself definitely, its a DPS not a SUPPORT.
3 - We can also consider fact Artifact boost even more DMG on his SKILL:
4 - Being able to deal 70% more dmg when enemy dodge his attacks is such good thing, but if tager doesn't you're doing nothing.
[Conclusion]
In the end Mehmed II need RNG to Deal DMG and also its single target, able to burst one enemy and help ally on 2nd enemy later.
What if Mehmed had skill changed?
NEW SKILL : Remove All Debuffs you have and deal physical damage (Damage Rate still same) to the enemy directly ahead. Damage increased by 5% based on amount of debuffs you removed (stack till 10x) , if you don't have any debuff on, increase your own damage by 30%.
NEW ARTIFACT EFFECT: when choking slash is triggered from buff removal, the damage stack increase to x15, if you don't have any debuff on, your dmg increase goes to 50%.
Not only that but changing him to shieldman would be a good deal over playing vs high tier enemy, we're not talking about Mehmed being able to break everything and kill chaos, but face to face fight.
During last Update (HERE) we received Immortal Specialization.
For Mehmed II we got DPS options:
Being Knight's Spirit more offensive on single target, as its base for single, you still increase more you dmg on it (would be one that fits more on his skill set and kit) for Destroyer Stance is good aswell losing atack speed but receive crit rate, if you're under low critical hits, this is important. But in the end Whirlwind Shock is dedicated to support multi hit, but wont work that good on this type of Immortal, spliting his power.
