Angel essence suggestion

checked the forum, but most of the suggestions were via capsule toys / hot events, which I don't have enough resources (both in-game and real life) for. will it be possible to 'reverse' the high level essence into the lower level essence in some event or function? keep getting level 18 or 19 angel essences, but I'm stuck at level 5 essence with my current resources (old player that recently joined back)
